      Hi Alan and Heather,
Thought you might like to know of my borther's death on Oct. 13 in Odessa, Texas. He was diagnosed with colon cancer in May. He had already developed Altheimers, so in January this year he and Ney (Isabel) moved to Odessa to be near their son, J Jorge and also to be in U.S. for medical care. In May we visited Doug. Then visited our oldest grandson, Sean, who works for the Dept. Of Defense. His wife is Allison and they have a 3 year old son, Tyler. We traveled in our RV and along the way visited my sister, Joan, who lives in Phoenix. Joan's three children all live there now. Doug's son Jorge recently married Lucrecia.
Recently I was enjoying looking through the manuscript you sent us in 2006. I appreciate having that. Again thanks!
Glen and I remain in good health and make good use of our RV, still attending at least one RV rally a month. Next week we will be going to Morro Bay for a long weekend.
Have enjoyed making new friends over the years.
Hope this finds both of you well and enjoying a good life.
      Love, Virginia
