The graveyard is on the east side of the church, and Margaret's
stone is about thirty yards east of the northeast corner of the church,
next to the walkway.
The pieces to Margaret's gravestone were found in a nearby field
and pieced together in the 1970's by Milton Carothers. I speculate that
Andrew was buried beside her, but his stone has not been found. It reads:
"Here Lies The Body Of Margaret Carothers Wife to Andrew
Carothers Who was born july the 8th AD 1743 And departed This Life january
ye 12 AD 1797 Aged 54 Years 6 months And 4 Days"
