Click on map to change scale or location.Driving Directions: From Gonzales, TX, drive 11.3 miles toward Shiner on US90A to paved county road 443. Go south on 443 through the "Big Hill" country where the Barbers, Maleys, Kokernots and others first settled on leaving Chambers County in the 1840's. At 1.5 miles turn left on a gravel driveway. In 1993 the mailbox at this driveway said "Munson Ranch". At the end of the .25 mile long driveway is an unlocked gate into a horse pasture containing the elevated, fenced Kokernot Family Cemetery. |
